The release to the Media of allegation based charges

Charges that have not had their day in court

Once these press releases are exploited and exaggerated
by the Media
they remain on the Internet forever,
even after legal due process and allegations being thrown out

Favourite media targets are prominent figures such as
Politicians, Doctors and Educators

This is tantamount to:
character defamation

False allegations and charges are removed
yet media posts remain

The same has happened with other Physicians that
have been victims of unproven allegations
These can be found through the CPSO website


Article 2
Police Responsibility in Serving and Protecting Prominent Persons who are Primary Allegation Targets

To mitigate further
character defamation and character assassination
once due legal process is complete

Police, through the same press release process
must oblige the Media
to remove untruths from their websites that were based
on initial press releases of unproven charges and allegations

Allegations made by persons
whose identity is protected
yet whose character is unknown

'Web content' tabloid writers
the likes of Michele Mandel
use insinuation, incrimination and innuendo
through devious word-smithing
They sensationalize
for readership and notoriety

Canadian Law: Innocent until proven guilty
and not
Media 'Law': Innocent till allegations


Article 3:
The CPSO: Allegation Repository?

The CPSO displays a buckling to internet
manipulating parties
such as media tabloids and movements the likes
of MeToo
and has thus become an allegation repository

In effect, the CPSO defends allegations
made by individuals
whose identity is protected yet
whose character is unknown

We know about the Doctors,
they save lives and have studied and sacrificed
over 13 years post Secondary


Article 4:
Future Health of Society

The adult world and the legal world condones Internet pornography that is shared by 10 year olds
Movements such as MeToo expect society to behave
within their moral dictates while the youth of society,
  driven by biology,
have to figure out what is right and what is wrong.  Hypocrisy
